Understanding the relationship between structure and properties is crucial in controlling natural products/materials. By combining characterization techniques, synthesis methods, and property measurements, we aim to gain fundamental insights and develop a comprehensive understanding of these materials.
The process involves catalytic upgrading on different types of solid catalysts such as metals, zeolites, bifunctional catalysts… These conversion are investigated at both practical and fundamental level, in which avtoportal understanding surface chemistry coupled with surface property is the key to understand the nature of those reactions.
